Reelstory

Terms of Service

Effective date: 6 October 2026

These terms govern your use of Reelstory, a service at story.reelzign.com operated by Wosho LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Suite R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA ("Reelstory", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

1. What Reelstory does

You paste the address of one page of a local business's website, for example a service page, an FAQ or a page of advice. Reelstory reads that page, shows you the facts it found together with the text they came from, and suggests story angles. You pick one, and Reelstory writes a short story and voice-over script in which a customer of the business is the hero and the business's own advice helps them. You review and can edit the story and the script before anything renders. Reelstory then renders a 30-second vertical 3D animated ad from that script, using third-party AI providers for text, image, video and voice generation, and ends it on the business's name and contact details from its website. The characters and scenes in an ad are illustrations, not footage of the business. Reelstory also looks up a contact email for the business owner through a third-party contact-lookup provider and writes a pitch email.

Reelstory also offers optional add-ons, such as Prospect Finder, which takes a city and a type of business and returns local businesses with their website and a contact email when one is found.

2. Your account

You need an account to use Reelstory. You are responsible for keeping your login and any API keys you generate secret, and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at support@youzign.com if you think your account has been compromised.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Reelstory is not directed at, and must not be used by, anyone under 18.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Reelstory to:

Reelstory's sample businesses, the business data returned when you paste a page address, and the businesses Prospect Finder returns come from real, publicly available websites. Owner contact emails come from those sites or from a third-party contact-lookup provider. You are responsible for how you use that data and for complying with outreach and anti-spam law when you contact a business with an ad or pitch Reelstory helped you make. Reelstory does not send outreach messages on your behalf.

You are responsible for having the right to use any business details, advice and other material that go into an ad you make, whether they came from the business's own website or from information you typed in yourself.

4. AI-generated output is not guaranteed accurate

Reelstory uses third-party artificial intelligence providers to generate video, voice and text. AI output can contain mistakes: a misread phone number, a misspelled name, a tip stated differently from the business's page, an odd motion or detail in an animated scene, or a line that does not read the way you intended. Reelstory is built to state as fact only what it found on the business's own page or what you typed in, and it shows you those facts before you render, but it cannot promise every output is error-free.

You must review a video in full, with sound, before you send it to anyone or publish it. A wrong phone number or misspelled business name on a video you send to that business will do more harm than sending nothing. Reelstory is not responsible for consequences of sending or publishing a video you did not review.

5. Commercial licence to your videos

Videos you render with Reelstory are yours to use commercially. You can sell them, use them in paid ads, deliver them to a client, or use them in a freelance or agency project, with no royalty owed to us and no attribution required. This licence covers finished videos you have rendered; it does not give you ownership of Reelstory's software, prompts, or underlying technology.

Reelstory does not put its own branding or watermark on your videos. If you enable a personal watermark, that mark is yours and is burned into the file at render time; it cannot be removed afterward except by rendering again with it turned off.

This licence depends on you having the right to use the underlying business details and material in the first place, as described in section 3.

6. Credits, plans and billing

Reelstory is used with credits, at the rates shown in the app before you spend them. Reading a page and writing the first story, asking the AI to rewrite a story, and rendering an ad spend credits. Editing the story and the script by hand, finding the owner's email and writing the pitch do not. If a render stops before the ad is finished, its credits are returned. Prospect searches use a separate prospect-credit balance; the app reserves the selected maximum and returns the credits for results without a usable website and email.

Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details.

7. The 30-day guarantee

The lifetime offer carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your original purchase, email support@youzign.com and ask for a refund. You do not need to give a reason.

A refund under this guarantee reverses the purchase and revokes any credits from that purchase that you have not yet spent on a finished video. Videos you have already rendered and downloaded before the refund stay yours, and the commercial licence in section 5 continues to apply to them; we do not claw those back.

This guarantee applies to the purchase price of the offer and any order bumps or upsells bought at the same time, and each can be refunded on its own. It is a goodwill policy offered at our discretion for the stated offer and tiers; it is not a statement that the law requires a refund in every circumstance, and it does not override any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the law that applies to you.

8. No subscriptions

Reelstory does not sell a subscription, so nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. If you also own Reelocal, a separate Reel app, and pay for its monthly credit plan, that plan is sold and cancelled under Reelocal's own terms, even when you see it from the same account.

9. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with a charge, please email us first at support@youzign.com so we can look at it, refund it if the guarantee in section 7 applies, or otherwise sort it out. Filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us, for a charge that the guarantee would have covered, may result in your account and any unspent credits being suspended while the dispute is resolved.

10. Ending your access

You can stop using Reelstory and ask us to close your account at any time by emailing support@youzign.com.

We can suspend or terminate an account that breaks section 3 (acceptable use), that we believe is being used fraudulently, or that abuses the service in a way that harms Reelstory or other users. Where reasonably possible we will tell you why. Termination for a violation of these terms does not entitle you to a refund of unspent credits.

11. Disclaimer of warranty

Reelstory is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI-generated video, script, voice-over or contact detail will be accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Reelstory and its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service, even if we were told this was possible. Our total liability for any claim relating to Reelstory is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as liability for our own fraud or gross negligence where the applicable law does not permit that liability to be excluded.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material we will make a reasonable effort to tell you, for example by email or a notice in the app. Continuing to use Reelstory after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and any dispute will be handled in the courts located there, except where local consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
